Boris Kiselyov was born in Moscow on March, 16th, 1949 in a family of factory workers. Studying in the second class of high school, Talbuhina has independently registered in an aviamodelling circle in the street. In 1972 at the international competitions in Romania Kiselyov has won the first place. Successfully acted in the Championships of the USSR. Studied in Moscow aviation-institute of technology and on high school competitions occupied prize-winning places.
In 1977 as a part of a national team of the USSR participated in the first European championship on models of air fight.
With occurrence in a class «Air fight» of mechanics, acted as a part of various crews. In 1972 together with Victor Yugov in the championship of the USSR in Kiev has won the first place. The long and fruitful partnership connected Kiselyov with Boris Ishchenko. In 1983 they became champions of the USSR and 8 summer Games of the people of the USSR.
In 1985 Boris Kiselyov has forcedly interrupted playing sports. Has returned to sports in 12 years. After the big break not for long but successfully acted in competitions in crew with mechanic Michael Zhuravlyov.
Boris Kiselyov long time was the fashion-maker in air fight both in area of technics and in area «спортивности». In due time its models "Dragon", and also micromotors of a design of N.Maslov and B.Kiselyov, B.Kiselyov and B.Ishchenko were widely known.
